To begin the interior consultation process, you can sign up by ordering a Bronze, Silver, or Gold interior consultation package on the website. The Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages are tailored to the design of one functional space. A functional space refers to areas such as the living room, kitchen, playroom, bedroom, bathroom, office, hallway, landing, laundry room, dressing room, fitness room, wellness area, home theater, garage, storage room, or covered outdoor area. Whether these spaces are separated by walls or not doesn’t matter. The dining room, bay window, toilets, or additional seating area, for example, will be considered as additional functional spaces upon discussion. In cases where certain functional spaces are exceptionally large, an additional functional space fee may apply. If we are allowed to move walls and/or change the position of the rooms (for example, the kitchen instead of the living room), we also charge 1 extra functional space in connection with the extra options.
When ordering an interior consultation for multiple functional spaces at the same time, you will receive a 12.5% discount on the additional spaces. For the 3rd, 4th, and 5th functional space, there is a special discount of 20% on the interior consultations. If you would like to know how many functional spaces are included in your interior styling, please let us know.
The first available period will be confirmed by us by email after the order has been placed. It is therefore not possible to select a period in the agenda yourself. An information form will be sent to gather your interior preferences. Curious to see how we do this? Take a look at the attached document. Based on this information, we will begin creating a personalized interior plan for you.
The duration of an interior consultation is 2 weeks. The first available period includes the first two green or orange weeks on the calendar. During those weeks, you will receive your personalized interior advice. For urgent inquiries, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
MAKU Interior works with trusted partners with whom we have built a strong collaboration over the years. Customer satisfaction, quality, and service are paramount in these partnerships. MAKU Interior is not tied to specific brands, allowing us to source from a wide range of collections and offer options for every budget. If desired, we can provide complete project management and guidance, from bathrooms to kitchens, floors to custom furniture, and styling down to the smallest detail. Thanks to our carefully cultivated network, our clients can benefit from competitive prices and special discounts. For furniture, MAKU Interior collaborates with Beau Home in Weert, the go-to store for hotel chic furniture.
Through this collaboration, customers have the opportunity to receive further assistance in realizing their design plans. MAKU Interior thoroughly discusses the interior advice with the client before scheduling an appointment. The best stylist from Beau Home provides extensive assistance to the client in selecting the exact furniture and fabric choices. A sample board is created, and the plan is discussed in detail with the client. The interior advice serves as a guideline for furniture selection but is not binding. This styling advice is an additional service to the interior advice and is priced at €150. However, if the client places an order of €1500 or more, this advice is provided free of charge. At the end of the interior advice, the client is asked if they are interested in this optional styling service, with no obligation to proceed.
One of the most challenging decisions is determining the right paint color in combination with suitable wallpaper. Curious about how MAKU Interior can assist you with this? Repainting or re-wallpapering due to a wrong choice can be costly.MAKU Covering

Contrary to most stylists, Mandy and her team work entirely remotely. Can they really empathize with the client? Isn’t it necessary for an interior stylist to be present on-site to get a clear picture of the home? One might think so, but that is a misconception. MAKU Interior often receives this question from people who are usually undergoing renovations. “Don’t you come over?” However, we also provide interior advice for new-build homes before the construction is completed. This can work just fine for renovation projects as well! With years of experience, MAKU Interior has successfully completed numerous interior projects, proving that online advice is a perfect way to achieve the desired end result. Some people may feel hesitant to approach an interior stylist in person, but online, that barrier doesn’t exist. By working online, MAKU Interior is accessible, and because the advice is provided online, the interior consultation packages are offered at an attractive price.
It is advisable to schedule an interior consultation in a timely manner. Ideally, for new-build homes, it should be done as soon as the architect’s drawing is finalized and before construction or renovation begins. At this early stage, MAKU Interior can translate the client’s wishes into an interior design. Often, during the design process, dilemmas arise that require adjustments to the space in order to truly realize all interior desires. By identifying these issues early on, adjustments can be easily accommodated during construction or renovation. If these issues are only noticed after construction or renovation has already begun, it often leads to unnecessary additional costs.
During the construction or renovation of a home, an interior consultation can be paid for from a construction loan. Please consult with your mortgage advisor for further information.
